Christine is a senior executive with 24 years of experience in business operations and revenue generation. Christine is skilled in all aspects of corporate operations including financing, budgeting, human resources, recruitment, sales and marketing. Christine is responsible for all business operations, marketing, strategy, financing, and creation of company culture, human resources, sales and public relations at Crystal Equation Corporation. Prior to Crystal Equation, Christine served as Partner, COO and VP of Sales at Chemtech LTD for 16 years. Christine holds a BS from Purdue University and currently serves as a board member of a privately held energy company. She is also involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, serving as a judge for Southwest Youth (2014).

Gregory Terman is responsible for driving Marketing & Sales. Greg has 36 years of management leadership experience in the Staffing and Professional Services Industry specifically delivering IT Engineers to Fortune 500 clients. He serves as a mentor in all areas of sales, recruitment and training. Greg has been instrumental in opening up new locations and markets for Crystal Equation. He has formed strategic alliances with synergistic partners in the areas of supplier diversity and global recruitment. Prior to joining Crystal Equation, Greg served as President and Founder of Chemtech, LTD which was a staff augmentation company that was acquired by Crystal Equation in 2010.

Drori Ikar

Drori Ikar is responsible for the professional services line of business. Drori has 28 years of technical leadership experience with a variety of Fortune 500 companies across different lines of businesses such as Telecom, Adverting, Beverages, and Marketing etc. Drori’s expertise includes Professional Services strategic planning and execution, building and maintaining relationships with IT and business executives, upsell and cross-sell through successful delivery, technical leadership of diverse distributed teams and more. Drori Holds B.SC in Management and Industrial Engineering from BGU University, Israel and an MBA from Georgia State University. Prior to Crystal Equation, Drori worked for Elaterel Inc., a UK based startup. He led the relationship with the most important and most strategic long standing client of the company through migration efforts of more than 40,000 users in 198 countries around the world, to target cutting edge marketing platform. Prior to Elaterel Inc., Drori worked for Amdocs for over 15 years. In his last position as Customer implementation manager, Drori had overall responsibility over OSS engagement with one of the major telecommunications companies in North America.

An accomplished Business Development leader with over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. As Crystal Equation’s Director of Marketing and Sales, Julie is responsible for diversifying Crystal Equation’s customer base through relationship building with some of the most sought after companies in the world. Along with securing these key accounts, Julie is responsible for overall management of Crystal Equation’s Sales and Account Management Team through hiring; managing; executing strategic sales plans, tactics and strategies. Julie started with the company in 2005 as a Recruiter and quickly advanced within the company taking on such roles as; Manager of Recruiting; Manager of Strategic Alliances; and Principal of Strategic Marketing. When asked what drives her passion, she says it stems from what the company delivers; high-tech resources and exceptional customer service.

A seasoned recruiting and client services delivery manager with 14 years of experience in the staffing industry, Bruce is currently the Director of Client Services. Skilled in all aspects of recruiting and service delivery, Bruce’s current responsibilities include managing several major client accounts as well as working with internal resources to ensuring Crystal Equation continues to provide top notched quality service to all its clients. Bruce holds a BS from University of Minnesota.

A senior director with over 7 years of comprehensive human resources and business operations experience in the staffing industry. Ana is skilled in all aspects of human resources and business operations including hiring and retention, conflict management, benefits administration, accounting, finance, payroll, labor and employment law including investigation to prevent legal action. Ana has experience supporting large, diverse workforce of 400+ employees in multiple locations, including exempt/non-exempt, temporary staff, and senior level management. Ana holds a BS from University of Indiana.
